Cancellation policy
It is our salon policy that all new guests, online bookings, and specialty services require a 50% deposit to be paid to secure an appointment. Cancelling within 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of your original booking deposit. Booked services cannot be cancelled on arrival of appointment.
